Our Story

Centurica was founded in 2013 to address a need in the market for due diligence for websites and other online business acquisitions. At the time, scams were rampant in the industry and Centurica was the first company to address this issue for buyers.

Over time, Centurica became one of the most trusted brands for digital business due diligence. As its reputation grew, so did the size of acquisitions. Eventually, Centurica began to offer services for brick-and-mortar businesses as well. Centurica went from doing $10,000 acquisitions in 2013 to acquisitions up to $150,000,000 today.
