This listing is for a dropshipping business created in May 2015 in the apparel & accessories niche. The business sells a wide variety of jewelry products to customers worldwide. Traffic for this business mainly comes from paid traffic, but the associated Facebook page (150K+ followers) also helps drive engagement, run contests/promotions, and promote new products. Other notable assets included with the business are a full team, an email list, and a second website.

There is a full team included with this business. Three of the current employees will stay on with the business and the seller will hire and train the other two employees to fill their roles and work with the new owner to get them trained. These are the five employees and their descriptions:

  • Project Manager: Oversees every aspect of the business and reports back to me daily with a flash report.

  • Ad Launcher: Handles all of the traffic responsibilities. Run new test ads, scales winning campaigns. I just tell them how many ads to launch each day.

  • Customer Service: Handles all email support, FB page support

  • Fulfillment: Handles all fulfillment of outstanding orders.

  • Utility person: Handles lots of different tasks when we have extra work i.e. Christmas season for customer service as we have higher order volume during that season.

The email list has about 70,000 subscribers with 23,000 of those being segmented as engaged subscribers. The seller sends out a weekly promotion to engage the list, as well as 1 email Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The list also has a 2 week backend automation sequence built in. This list segments customers by purchase and sends them specific follow up emails. It also engages them with viral content, selfie promo for content, and coupon codes.

The second website is set up to act as a recurring box subscription business tied to the main site. It is not yet earning any money, but this would be an opportunity for the new owner to promote and gain paying subscribers.

- Planning Out Promotions for the month (i.e., what products are we going to run?)

- Find new winning products to promote via testing. VA runs test ads for them to find profitable winners.
