Work/Skills Required

Monthly Advertising Review: Seller tries and speaks with a Google Adwords representative once every 2 months to see if any improvements can be made. Seller does the same for Facebook advertising.

Day to Day: Seller checks the sales and customer service emails twice a day. Once in the morning and once again in the afternoon. Usually about 1.5-2 hours per day. If customers have requested a proposal, seller creates the automated proposal and email it over.

Day to Day: If customers have provided a phone number, seller will call them and tell them more about the packages.

Day to Day: When customers decide they want to go ahead with a package, seller sends over the invoice and the list of items required. This is then added to a dashboard where his employees take over.

Day to Day: If customers have requested a book cover design service, editorial work or proofreading, seller collects the information. Invoice them and then forward to work on to the dedicated freelancer that seller uses to provide this service. Once complete, seller sends over the finished work.

A lot of the work above can easily be outsourced to a VA.
