As the manager of Centurica’s team and processes, his due diligence and confirmatory verification work has identified millions of dollars in discrepancies and misrepresentations. Brian has advised hundreds of clients in the acquisition of more than $100 million in online businesses.

Brian has also personally bought, sold, and invested in $3 million worth of online businesses. With extensive entrepreneurial online business experience, finance training, and digital marketing experience, he is uniquely positioned to provide valuable insight to potential buyers.

Brian has direct experience working with e-commerce, content, and service businesses. He has in-depth knowledge in digital analytics, paid search (PPC), and search engine optimization (SEO). Throughout his career, he has managed millions in paid search spend and led technical SEO projects for dozens of clients, including Fortune 500 brands.

While not helping clients evaluate potential acquisitions, Brian enjoys exploring the southeast and previously worked as a professional rafting guide.
