Most of our clients initially order the Essentials checks whilst in the offer phase, and then the Premium report once an offer has been made and accepted.

Our Premium package offers a vast range of checks and verifications including:

    (We work directly with the seller to thoroughly verify all of their claims)
  • Market and Competition Analysis
  • Full background checks on the Seller and much more (see below)


* Turnaround time: Our standard turnaround time for the Essentials and Advanced package is 2-4 business days, however you can opt for a 1 business day rapid-turnaround during checkout. For the Premium service, the turnaround time depends on several factors but we aim to keep it under 5 business days.

Required Information and Access

Essentials - To complete our assessment we require all the main listing information, such as the seller's revenue, traffic and maintenance claims and basic traffic and revenue details. All of this information is typically available within the public for sale listing or within a broker's prospectus.


Advanced - In addition to the above, we require more complete traffic statistics to be able to complete our full traffic sustainability assessment. The easiest way to organise this is by having the seller grant our analyst guest access to their Analytics account, however we can also work on exported reports.


Premium - The Premium service includes first-hand and often live verifications with the seller, during which we request all of the required information directly from them. You're welcome to join all our communications / meetings with the seller, however this isn't a necessity. We sign a confidentiality agreement with both you and the seller prior to commencing work.
